Custom-branded, customised, printed or specially manufactured products are produced according to artwork approved by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, branding layouts, colours and specifications before production commences.
Once production has commenced, custom-branded orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded except where products are defective, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Payment must be made in full before production or dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom Coolers reserves the right to withhold production, shipment or delivery until payment has been received.
Delivery times provided by Custom Coolers are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, courier delays, stock availability or circumstances beyond our control.
Custom Coolers shall not be liable for any loss arising from delivery delays.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Product images displayed on the website are provided for illustrative purposes only.
Actual colours, branding placement and product appearance may vary slightly from those displayed on screen.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Coolers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the products supplied.
